HAFELE LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE Dear Purchaser,Congratulations on your purchase of one of our quality hardware products. We are so confident about the standard of our products that we give a lifetime guarantee to every purchaser against defects in material or workmanship of the Hafele products. If there are any problems with this product, we will replace it with a new one to the same specifications and standard. To obtain a replacement you should send the defective product, along with written notification of the defect/problem, postage paid to our address as shown above, as soon as is practicable after discovering the defect. This lifetime guarantee is limited to original purchasers of new Hafele products and excludes Dialock, Hawa-matic and other electrical products which have their separate guarantees. No claim for a replacement product will be accepted where any of the following has occurred:
This lifetime guarantee is additional to the conditions and guarantees, which are stipulated under Australian legislation, provided that the liability of Hafele Australia Pty Ltd under statute will be limited to the cost of replacement, repair or reinstatement of defective goods. To maximise your enjoyment of this product, you should use and maintain it in accordance with the guidelines or instructions accompanying the product.
